Damaged items
If your box arrives with damaged or leaking cans, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected drinks.
Missing items
If something is missing from your box, contact us within 7 days and we'll ship the missing item or refund it.
Returns
Because we ship perishable beverages, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged or incorrect orders are always covered.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify within 5–10 business days.
